Privacy Policy · Nich ===================== Last updated: October 8, 2026 Version française : ajoutez &lang=fr (ou ?lang=fr) à cette adresse. Nich is published by Léo-Paul Renard. This page explains what data the app uses, why, and how to delete it. Data we keep ------------ • Your email address, to create your account and sign you in. • The apps you scan (identifier, country, name, score, dates) and your favorites, to show your history. • The App Store country you choose. • Your scan balance, your subscription and your purchase history (product, date, end of period). Payments are processed by Apple: we never receive your payment details. • A technical log of scans (account, app, country, date), to prevent abuse and monitor the service. • When an error or crash occurs, a technical report (device model, iOS and app versions, error description), without your email or IP address, to fix the problem. • Anonymous usage measurement, to improve the app: the screens you visit and key actions (scans, offers, purchases), with a random identifier specific to the device, never linked to your account, your email or what you type. You can turn it off at any time (Profile → Usage measurement). What we don't do ---------------- • No targeted advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, no selling of data. • No recording of what you do on screen. Your device language and region are read on the device, for the app language and default country, and are not sent. Data about analyzed apps ------------------------ • The figures shown (estimated revenue and downloads, ratings, competitors) are about public App Store apps. They come from public sources (Apple and an estimates provider) and contain no data about you. Service providers ----------------- • Supabase: hosting of your account, the database and the server. • RevenueCat: management of in-app purchases (account identifier and purchases). • Sentry: receipt of error and crash reports. • PostHog (hosted in the European Union): anonymous usage measurement, which you can turn off in your Profile. • Apple: payment of purchases and subscriptions, under your Apple account. • These providers process data only to run the app. Retention and deletion ---------------------- • Your data is kept as long as your account exists. You can clear your history at any time (Profile → Clear my history) and delete your account from the app (Profile → Delete my account): your account and all related data are then permanently deleted. • Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: manage it in your iPhone settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions). Your rights ----------- • You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or ask a question, by writing to lp.foxyr@gmail.com. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country.
